He camped out overnight at the mall to be the first to get an Annabel Action Figure. His knowledge of remote controls made him a likely suspect for the toy problem. When he was falsely accused, he jumped at the chance to confess, because it would make him look like a toy-making genius and guarantee him success when he got out of jail. When leaving, Velma instantly realizes that Harry didn't do it and realizes who the real culprit is.
