The cave is the home of Fu Lan Chi, who shares it with White Timber Wolf, near the Wolf's End Lodge ski resort.

On the outside, it looks like a regular cave covered in snow. Inside, it is furnished with Tibetan relics.

He came to live there, after fleeing Tibet years ago, to escape the (ghost of the) Yeti.

Vacationing at Wolf's End Lodge, Mystery Inc. was quickly on the trail of the Yeti's ghost (now referred to as the Snow Ghost), which led them to Fu Lan Chi's cave. They invited themselves in, where they were met by the surprised and mildly threatening Fu Lan, who soon told them about his encounter with the Snow Ghost, and was convinced it followed him all the way to where he was now living.[1]
