Jeffrey Combs is an American stage, screen, and voice actor. He is perhaps best known for his role as Herbert West in the Re-Animator movies, as well playing various aliens on Star Trek (on shows starring Rene Auberjonois and John Billingsley). He was also the voice of the Question on the Warner Bros. Animation-produced TV series Justice League Unlimited (starring Phil LaMarr, Maria Canals, and Kevin Conroy), and Ratchet on Hasbro Studios' Transformers: Prime (co-starring Peter Cullen, Frank Welker, Kevin Michael Richardson, and Josh Keaton).
