Jesse is an overweight man with white hair. He wears a red bellhop uniform.
Personality[]
When he was asked what he thought had happened to Alvin Parsley, he said that Alvin Parsley might have taken a job as a bellhop or something because being a star was too much work. At one point he tried to sing an Alvin song but he was booed off the stage.
History[]
Scooby-Doo (DC Comics)[]
Prissy Parsley dressed up as Alvin and claimed to be the one true King, but she was exposed. Daphne Blake discovered that the apparently elderly bellhop, Jesse, was allergic to polyester just as Parsley was. It is virtually certain that Jesse was the real Alvin, but he wouldn't admit it directly.
