Joe Grimm was the security guard at a museum.
Physical appearance[]
Joe Grimm is a pot-bellied, balding man, with his remaining grey hair around his head. He wears a dark blue police jacket with a white undershirt and a blue tie other than that he wears a standard police uniform.
Personality[]
Joe Grimm seems like a bumbling but kind security guard and in the DS version of the game, this is the case. But in most versions of the game, it's revealed that was an act and in reality, Joe is incredibly greedy and is scheming coastally even when his oil pumping scheme was revealed he attempted to cut a deal with Mystery Inc.

Joe Grimm is the security guard at the museum. He told the gang there was a Caveman but when they tried to ask further questions about the Caveman he began to act nervous and claimed he knew nothing. In every other version of the game but the DS version, Joe is revealed to be the Caveman. It turns out he was trying to scare everyone away so nobody would know that the tar pits outside the museum weren't actually tar but petroleum and the bobbing animatronic dinosaur were covering pumping machines. Joe even made a deal with Monstrous Fright and Magic, in exchange for mubber he would give them some of the petroleum he gained from the museum operation.
