Physical appearance[]
Lance is a tall, middle-aged man with black hair. He is overweight and wears glasses.
Personality[]
Lance is very aggressive. He constantly talks to his wife by cell phone, even when they are just a few feet apart. His actions in the film would also suggest a very competitive streak who's determined to win at any cost and a willingness to let things go his daughter's way.

When Daphne Blake tried to make nice to Chrissy, her parents rudely state that she needed to talk to her before she talked to her to let her know that she's going to talk to her.
The family went to the Hotel Canard, where Lance and his wife, Barb, rudely cut in line while Velma Dinkley was talking to the desk clerk. They didn't like that he was trying to make them late, accusing him of giving them an attitude, so Velma just let them go first.
He wanted Chrissy to win, so he dressed up as the Phantom to throw out the other contestants. While he was attempting to steal Emma Gale's violin, he was arrested.
