Lita Rutland is the owner of the traveling vampire festival, Vampire Palooza.
Physical appearance[]
She was an old woman in seemingly her 40s or 50s, possibly no higher, with relatively short but wide blonde hair. She appears to have purple make up on her higher eyelids. Her lips are either dark red or it's real lipstick.
Personality[]
She seems to be a relatively melancholic person, who doesn't seem to want to smile that much. She does presumably that vampires may be real and while she has a very cunning personality she is still seemingly against them. She gets really aggressive at occasional times and especially angry at Jesper Poubelle as he scares her costumers by claiming that vampires are all around them. She also seems to have a very large desire for money.

Scooby-Doo! Music of the Vampire[]
When the gang arrived at Petit Chauve Sourie Ville, she greeted them inside the carnival. We later see her talking with Bram after Valdronya's supposed escape from his tomb. Because the appearance of Lord Valdronya at the convention was good for her business and greedily exploited by her, she was a possible suspect to be the identity of the vampire. She tried to sell more things related to vampires via singing. In the TV she also reports about the fall of money.
Scooby-Doo! Mask of the Blue Falcon[]
She was seemingly seen along with Jesper Poubelle in the past but with purple hair.

- A woman with a similar appearance to Lita appears as a background character in Scooby-Doo! Mask of the Blue Falcon. The only difference is that she has purple hair.
