The Magic Mansion is owned by Madame Zokar. The mansion functions as an atrium for magic shows and séances. It features numerous passageways and corridors as well as ghosts. Apparently the Magic Mansion is bigger than it seems, since Alberto states that there is a Dreary Dungeon and many more unspecified areas of the house.
