Mindi Stiles served several functions at the Gold Mountain western theme park, including bit parts in the western show, security chief, chef, accountant, and marketing manager.

Mindi is a woman with medium-length black hair. Mindi wears red lipstick (or black lipstick in the GBA version), a thick turtlenecked yellow sweater, a white bracelet on her right wrist, blue baggy sweatpants, a black plate belt, and black shoes. In the GBA version, Mindi also wears giant loop earrings.

Mindi is a very business-focused woman and she normally just cuts right to the chase.

Mindi unmasked.
Everyone at Gold Mountain had left due to the mysterious hauntings, except Mindi. When the gang comes to Gold Mountain, Johnny Channayaptra introduces her to the group before she tells Johnny he needs to sign some insurance papers. When the gang unmasks the mysterious woman and reveals her to be Mindi. Mindi was using monsters from the Tome of Doom and costumes used for the western show so Johnny would be forced to sell to Greenwood Development. Mindi apologizes claiming she had no choice before the police took her away. Shaggy and Scooby attempt to chase after the police car so they can get the key to the food locker.

Notes/trivia[]
- In the home console version, there's a photo of Robert Zabrinski with Mindi which may imply they had some kind of relationship.
- If Mindi is to be trusted we never figure out what she meant when she claims she had no choice.
