Mr. Beeman is a middle-aged male, with brown hair. He is only seen in costume as the Moat monster, while also having green ink on his hands thanks to the money he printed.
In a newspaper article, he is seen with a different hairstyle and has grown a mustache.

Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island[]
Daphne Blake retold the case to Chris on her talk show. After a life-threatening chase, the Moat Monster was trapped and unmasked to reveal Mr. Beeman underneath. He was counterfeiting millions of dollars with a printed press he hid in a basement of an old castle. The clue in him being the culprit, was the printing ink on his hands, which the gang was led to believe it was moss.[1]

Ben Ravencroft read about it from a newspaper which gave him the idea to use Mystery Inc. in his plan to find the spellbook of his ancestor, Sarah Ravencroft.[2]
