- Leslie: Short, smart-looking with glasses. The Velma Dinkley equivalent.
- Carley: Tall with laid-back face. The Shaggy Rogers equivalent.
- Tiny: Bull mascot. The Scooby-Doo equivalent.

Early life[]
The Mystery Gang lived somewhere in the Wild West, and was among one of the many gangs that were manipulated by the Evil Entity to set him free from his crystal sarcophagus.

Season two[]
Their portrait was on display at the Burlington Library.[1]
Fred, along with the rest of the gang, were chased in all directions by the Monstrous Freak. Fred finds himself in a frozen version of the old west, with the Mystery Gang. He sees their bull, Tiny, sipping water from the conquistador helmet.[2]
The Anunnaki that possessed Nova flashed back to the gangs that had been affected by the cursed treasure.[3]
Post-Nibiru[]
When the Evil Entity was destroyed, it altered all of reality; thus the Mystery Gang wasn't formed in the past.
