Premise[]

Shaggy and Scooby have to continue to solve the mystery involving the disappearance of their fellow passengers, while also attempt to find out who was actually the real Ghost Pirate.

Synopsis[]

After the events of "The Ghost Pirate Attacks!", Shaggy and Scooby were shivering in fear until the "monster" was actually none other than a woman named Caroline Moore, who was busy fixing the hull, but found the ship deserted when she returned to the surface. Shaggy then explains that the Ghost Pirate and his henchmen are responsible and that they took one of the mini-subs. The trio then decided to go after them by taking the other sub; it is also dropped into the ocean like the first one. After getting past a lobster, a jellyfish, and a shark, they find a gate blocking their path and it cannot stay open on its own. There are two ways to keep it open:

  1. Wait for the lobster to get into its shell, quickly pick it up. Use it to scare away the shark. Get the anchor that was behind the shark and use it to hold the gate open.
  2. Get the pole and use it to either knock down a rock on top of the large clam or use it to jam the clam's mouth open, then get the cannon behind it. Use it to hold the gate open.

After going past the gate, Caroline was surprised that she and the other two found Neptune's Nest. Shaggy thinks it's a restaurant, but it was actually the burial place of the pirate Whitebeard. Caroline deducts that the ghost pirate is after Whitebeard's treasure. Since there are two paths and one of them will lead towards Whitebeard's treasure, Shaggy and Scooby took the left path while Caroline took the right path. In the next room, Scooby turns a winch to lower a platform over a field of spikes. They are two ways to reach the door:

Path 1: The two finds some little sticks, which he uses to form a ladder on the platform's chain to reach the door.

Path 2: The two find a torch and plank. They use the torch to burn a spider web and at the top of a ledge, Scooby turns another lever to rise the same platform to align it with another platform and the door. They then use the plank as a bridge to cross over to the platforms.

After going past the obstacles, Shaggy and Scooby have located the pirates. They attempt to stay as quiet as they can, only having a spider scare them, causing them to scream in fear. Although this gets the pirates' attention, they do not attack. Instead, they activate a booby trap, which closes the door behind them and causes the treasure area to be flooded. As a result, Shaggy and Scooby have to get out of here.
