Outlawworld is a section of Wonderworld, a theme park where "all fantasies become reality". Outlawworld focuses on the Wild West time period, and is designed to look like a desert. Outlawworld has scenery such as cactuses, plateaus and mountains, cowboys and their horses, and an assortment of buildings, including:

Mystery Inc. is seen riding over Outlawworld in a tram on their way to Londonworld, where Velma Dinkley will live her fantasy of solving a mystery with Sherlock Holmes.
