Pierre is a tall French frie with a beret and a black mustache. He is also splattered in ketchup.

He was angry and tried to act intimidating.

He along with the other business competitors wanted to take over Roland Buzby's business.
He arrived in a barn along with two other competitors dressed as Tex Taco and Johnny Swirly blocking Shaggy and Scooby's way on getting to Ronald. The two were also being pursued by Chicken Corden Blue. They both then faced their fears and dashed past Pierre and the others, toppling them over in the process, Roland was then rescued by the two and they were led into a long chase with the food monsters.
Hours later, police soon arrived and he and the other competitors were arrested for a hostile hostage situation.
