The Pizza Barn's Annual Pizza Eating Contest is, as its name suggests, a food competition held in Vito's Pizza Barn.

Benjy was the champion until Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo beat him for three consecutive years.
Hanna-Barbera Presents: A Pup Named Scooby-Doo[]
Thus he planned to scare them off coming to the next event with his pizza delivery monster ploy to "reclaim" his "lost" title.
Benjy was eventually caught and unmasked by the Scooby-Doo Detective Agency, and Scooby & Shaggy won the big prize of many free pizzas.
