Mr. Rogers and Mrs. Rogers attended one night, while Shaggy was left to take his sister to the babysitter.
At one point, the band seemed to perform a song in conjunction to a chase that was occurring between the gang, the babysitter, and Manny the Mauler.
The gang eventually sent an emergency S.O.S. in the sky, which was seen by Shaggy's parents, leading them to the babysitter's home.

- The banners say "Policemens Ball."
- By the direction of the S.O.S. signal of the Scooby-Doo Detective Agency to Shaggy's parents, it looks like the Policeman's Ball is held in a place located eastwards to the Babysitter's home as the Rogerses had to look westwards to see it.
