Salomon is the cook of Balleyhall Castle.
Physical appearance[]
Salomon is a man of large build with a ginger beard and hair. He wears a grey tunic with the sleeves rolled up, green checkered pants and a white apron. He has a mullet but much of his hair is tied back with a navy blue bandana.
Personality[]
The passionate chef of Balleyhall Castle, Salomon is seen constantly promoting his traditional Irish cuisine, namely, crubeens (boiled pig feet) and farl (potato flatbread). Ultimately, he horrifies Shaggy and Scooby, who are repulsed by the food. He speaks in an Irish accent, and during his conversations with Shaggy and Scooby he spoke in rhymes.

Be Cool, Scooby-Doo![]
The chef of Balleyhall Castle, Salomon was first seen promoting his cooking (crubeens and farl) to Shaggy and Scooby in the castle kitchen, who refused to eat the food. He pursued them to the outskirts of town.
Salomon was not found responsible for the giant after the gang incriminated local historian Colin McQuaid for the crime. After the perpetrator was caught, Shaggy and Scooby finally agreed to try his cooking, but immediately vomited from its unpleasant taste.
