The scam artist is a young adult male with brown hair and wears glasses. He wore a white shirt another a long white coat. He also wore red bowtie with black polka dots and brown suspenders.
Personality[]
He seemed to be nice and tried to be helpful for everybody. But he's was really a deceiving and scamming person, doing it all for money.
History[]
Scooby-Doo (DC Comics)[]
He was trying to trick people into thinking aliens existed to sell his alien protection kits, even showing photos of supposed "real" aliens and one about UFO's near the town hall. The gang stopped the townspeople from spending their money and Velma explains that the photos were fake. The shadows on the town hall faced one way, while the UFO's were shown facing opposite directions. Which meant the scam artist combined two different pictures.
After his plan was exposed, the townspeople angrily chased after him.
