The puppies are the hypothetical litter of Scooby-Doo and Amber. Shaggy Rogers imagined what it would be like to start a family with Crystal when he fell in love with her, which also included their dogs, too.
Physical appearance[]
The puppies were brown and beige, getting their fur colors from their parents. The ones with brown fur were male and the ones with beige fur were female. However, all of them more closely resembled Scooby, even the ones that were colored like Amber. All five of them looked almost entirely identical aside from color. They wore blue collars and dogtags with "SD" on them, just like Scooby's collar.

In Shaggy's daydream, he fantasized about getting married to Crystal, which led to the birth of Shaggy Junior. While they strolled their son along, he lifted up a blanket, revealing the offspring of Scooby-Doo and Amber.
