Dr. Scott O'Mulligan is the leader of Ghost Scene Investigators, a group of paranormal investigators starring in their own reality TV show.
Physical appearance[]
He is an adult male with black hair. He wears a white shirt, black shoes and neck-tie, and a grey coat and pants.[1] At the end of the Wolf's End Lodge case, he wears an orange ascot, given to him by Fred.
Personality[]
Scott is typically a reasonable calm and hard working person but he can be very bitter towards people if they keep one upping him.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! Who's Watching Who?[]
Scott was part of Ghost Scene Investigatorsor GSI and was the leader of the group. Mace Middlemost, the show's manager, decide to have another famous mystery group called Mystery Inc. or the Scooby Gang on the show competing against GSI. He had a hard time getting along with the Scooby gang, just as his colleagues did. [2]During the case at Brookings air force baseScott called the Mystery Machine a hunk of junk and challged it to a race which Mystery Inc. won[2]. After the mystery in Ocean Land, he warmed up to the gang, but when Mace replaced GSI with the Scooby gang he became angry at them. Him and his colleagues went to Wolf's End Lodge at the same time Mystery Inc. were staying their. Scott and the rest of GSI of were even suspected of being the Ghost Hunter Haunter. While GSI were out skiing the Ghost Hunter Haunter caused an avalanche trapping Scott and the rest of GSI on the mountain until they were recused by Mystery Inc.. [1] After Mace was revealed as the Ghost Hunter Haunter Fred and Scott made their peace and Fred gave him a orange ascot.
