Sergio's Diner is located in a small town next to a large desert, managed by the chef, Sergio. The restaurant runs a 24 hour service, as this was the first location in town the gang visits when they became stranded in the middle of the desert after midnight. Lester is one of the customers who regularly visits.
History[]
Scooby-Doo and the Alien Invaders[]
Shortly after the Mystery Machine's radiator has been shot, the gang seeks help at a town nearby. Fred, Velma, and Daphne goes to Sergio's Diner to make a phone call, before Scooby and Shaggy makes their way in, after being chased by aliens.
Overhearing the commotion, Dottie shares the gang on odd accounts she and the other townspeople recently experienced from alien contact, while Sergio provides Shaggy and Scooby with food to calm their nerves. The gang notices Lester dining in, adamantly defending his own claim that the aliens are here to take over the world.
The following morning, Crystal and Amber finds Scooby and Shaggy sleeping in the middle of the desert, after being abducted by aliens. They get dropped off at the diner, reuniting with Lester and the gang. The diner starts off the gang's day with breakfast, although Shaggy and Scooby declines, as they are still lovestruck from Crystal and Amber.
