The spaceship was believed to be the ghostly spacecraft of the Spooky Space Kook. In reality, it was really a movie projected image made by the Spooky Space Kook's real identity: Henry Bascombe.
Physical appearance[]
The spaceship is a dark brown color, with glowing orange windows in the front and on the body. The front of the craft is spherical and it has a conical body with six large fins. It is severely weatherworn and run down, with sections of frame exposed and debris hanging off of the craft.
History[]
Scooby-Doo, Where Are You![]
Season one[]
The spaceship was seen by locals landing at the abandoned airfield. After the gang learned about the mysterious occurrences in the area from a local farmer, they saw the craft land near the airfield. Later, the gang found a day-old newspaper at the airfield that discussed sightings of the mysterious craft that had been read by the Spooky Space Kook. After Shaggy and Scooby discovered a series of clues in the airfield control tower and the Space Kook was caught, it was determined that the spaceship was the result of clever optical illusion created with a film projector.
