Stephen Root is an American screen and voice actor. He is best known for his comedic work on the TV sitcom NewsRadio, in the film, Office Space, and as the voices of Bill Dauterive and Buck Strickland in the animated series, King of the Hill (also starring Kathy Najimy and Pamela S. Adlon), as well as the voices of Penguin and Killer Croc on Batman: The Brave and the Bold (starring Diedrich Bader).
