The Strawberry Technicolor Phantom was the disguise of an unnamed henchman of Sammy the Shrimp.
Physical appearance[]
The Strawberry Technicolor Phantom is just a dangling pink robe and hood, which somehow gives off a ghoulish face, including a gaping black mouth, and yellow eyes. The phantom's arms are also pink, which end with claw-like fingers.
Personality[]
It is savage and vengeful. It flew across the room while emitting ghostly moans and roars.

When the Mystery Machine hit a street full of popsicles and had an accident, the kids tried to make a phone call at the Happy Humor Ice Cream Factory. When they discovered the Strawberry, Chocolate, and Vanilla Technicolor Phantoms, they decided to stick around and solve the mystery.
