Theodore is an old man with brown hair and his face is unshaven. He usually has a sour expression. He wears green coveralls, brown utility gloves, and black boots. He also has a grayish-blue cap.

He has a surly, abrasive personality. Despite this, he did help Fred Jones when he found him with his leg broken.

Season one[]
After Fred Jones fell down a slope and broke his leg, Theodore came to investigate. He introduced himself to the gang as the mountain lodge's trail manager. After that, he brought Fred and the gang to the lodge. His harsh behavior brought Theodore into suspicion of being the Snow Creature.
Daphne Blake, Velma Dinkley, Shaggy Rogers, and Scooby-Doo go to his shed to search for clues on his relation to the monster. It is there that Velma points out an article mentioning Theodore's skiing accident, a fact that wasn't brought up earlier.
Theodore was eventually cleared of suspicion when the real culprit was captured and arrested. He is last seen giving the billionaire Bruce Wilkinson a snow shovel and telling him to get back to work.
