Tim "The Toyman" Toiler was a toy maker.

Tim's a tall and slender man with brown hair, and he wears a Willy Wonka clown-like outfit with a purple top hat.
Personality[]
Tim is wacky and friendly but is also extremely childish and he has a humongous ego. He's constantly talking about how great the toy maker/he is and how he's the town hero. When people began to go to the amusement park, he began to get jealous and made terrible toys to close down the park.

He got jealous when kids were too busy at the amusement park, so he created, and used, scarier toys (Including the Toy Robotus) in order to drive the park out of business. [1]
