- The cover is based on the The Phantom Wolf, and features the titular monster, Fred, Daphne, Shaggy, and Scooby-Doo.
- Daphne's clothes are light purple, the rims look more pink, not making much difference between them. She's also missing her pantyhose.
- Shaggy's hair is lighter and his shoes are light gray.
- Scooby's collar is red/pink.
- Velma is absent from the cover for the third time.
