Flim-Flam is a child so devious he had a statue made of him in a section of the Crystal Cove Spook Museum, a place usually to highlight the acts of monsters that were thought to have been real, but turned out to be bad guys in masks.

Physical appearance

Flim-Flam is a tan-skinned, Latino preadolescent male. He wears a yellow tracksuit, red sneakers, and has a black mop top.
