The flower is a mutant plant of Norma Deathman. Rather than living in a flower pot, as one would expect of a plant, it instead takes residence in a flour pot.
Physical appearance
It is a small carnivorous flower with sharp teeth, orange petals and a green stem which splits off to form arms.
Personality
It is initalily seen jumping out of a flour pot on the attack, flailing its stems and snapping it's teeth. It's anger is very short lived and it calms down very eaisly, to the point of giving kisses.
History
The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries
When Scooby-Doo opened a tub of flour, this terrifying carnivorous flower popped out and attempted to bite. Scooby managed to calm it down and the plant kissed him as a result. [1]
