- This article is about the cheese pot from Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated continuity. For the one from Shaggy & Scooby-Doo Get a Clue! continuity, see Fondue (Shaggy & Scooby-Doo Get a Clue!).
Fondue is a Swiss, Italian, and French dish of melted cheese served in a communal pot over a chafing stand heated with a candle or spirit lamp, and eaten by dipping bread into the cheese using long-stemmed forks.
Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated
Vincent Van Ghoul took Scooby-Doo and Shaggy Rogers to his home, fulfilling the contest prize Shaggy had won, getting to eat with Vincent. He put the house into shut down, talking about how they'd be safe. When Shaggy and Scoob wondered what he was talking about, which only made things more awkward when he tried to change the subject by saying someone was calling out that the fondue was ready, which they were oblivious to. During the dinner, they ate using their hands (and mouth), instead of the forks, as Vincent continued to make ominous claims about the monsters from his movies coming to life in his home, and as if right on cue, the monsters appeared ending their dinner, and chased them around the house. This was all a part of Vincent's reality show, Ghoulish Dinners with Vincent Van Ghoul.
