When is it appropriate to include "The" at the beginning of a page's name? Well I don't think it is in general because I don't think it's at all necessary and also quite redundant. But I've been thinking that for some places and newspapers that it is apart of the intended title. A couple of example of where to have it would be The Bloody Stake and where not to include it would the Daily Babbler because it's clearly not needed.
I can never tell if it's neccessary because, I know it's unrelated to Scooby, but in the first episode of the original The Fugitive there was either an newspaper that used "The" in a bar's title and the bar's sign left it out or vise-versa. In most cases "the" can be used in a description or in reference to somthing like if you were to say "let's go to the park", but that doesn't make it's name "The Park". Joker can also be referred to as "the Joker", but that doesn't neccessarily make his name "The Joker", to some people it does, but it shouldn't be a formal part of his name. -- Anythingspossibleforapossible 09:16, June 20, 2012 (UTC)
