Francilee Jackson was a TV hostess of her own cooking show, the Francilee Show. That name is only a stage name: her real name is Agatha Juniper Sholenheimer.

She was shown to be good sumo wrestler. As shown when she battled Scooby-Doo and Shaggy Rogers as the Gluten Demon.

History

Early life

She was a Crypts and Creatures player, but eventually grew out of it much like the other players apart from Horbert Feist who had grown bitter and revengeful after losing one game to Bronson Stone's Dreamweaver creation.

Francilee unmasked.

Dreamweaver had apparently come to life and invaded Francilee's dream and told her through a dice command to reveal the secret recipe of her cornbread stuffing which didn't contain corn at all.

She sought a financial comeback by destroying competing restaurants in Crystal Cove as the Gluten Demon.

Post-Nibiru

When the Evil Entity was destroyed, it altered all of reality for Crystal Cove; meaning the Gluten Demon was a disguise in the past.

Notes/trivia

Her accent and clothing suggests she had a southern upbringing like her childhood friend Sheriff Bronson Stone.
She may be a parody of southern cooking-show hostess Paula Deen.
In The Devouring it is revealed that she has a unusual allergic reaction to healthy food.
