Franklin Fruitmeir is the owner of "Fruitmeir's". He doesn't know what his dessert is made from, but says it is not ice cream or yogurt. His shrimping boat is made out of circus ballons.

Physical appearance

Franklin wears a dessert hat, he has purple hair, he wears a fake green nose on his real nose, he wears green pants, and wears a white and green shirt, he also wears a green tie.

Personality

Franklin is very happy and nice to people who visit Fruitmeir's. He seems to spend a lot of time making things from balloons. He was frightened when he saw the Slime Mutant.

History

Early life

According to Velma Dinkley's research, Mr. Fruitmeir came to town two months ago, and there is no information on him before that time.
