Freako is one of the Boo Brothers, a group of three ghosts who act as incompetent ghost-busters.

Physical appearance

He is a fat ghost with a round nose. He wears a yellow ranger's hat tied on with a red band.

Personality

He is the brave and aggressive, take-charge leader of the Boo Brothers; a short-tempered bully, prone to slapstick violence against the other two.

Powers and abilities

Since he's a ghost, he can pass through walls and turn invisible. He can also pass through telephone lines and pass through keyholes (though he did get stuck trying to get back out).

History

Scooby-Doo meets the Boo Brothers

He and his two brothers were hired by Shaggy Rogers, Scooby-Doo  and Scrappy-Doo as ghost exterminators to rid the Beauregard mansion of the mutliple ghosts. However, he and his brothers mostly just messed things up until Shaggy got fed up and fired them, at which point they started crying and told Shaggy that they were orphans and they needed the job so they could earn money to get their own place. Shaggy reconsidered and rehired them, but telling them they had to "shape up or ship out." Eventually they saved Shaggy, Scooby, and Scrappy's lives, lifting their sunken boat out of the water and preventing them fom drowning, and got the three back to the house in time to catch T.J. Buzby before he stole the treasure. Shaggy, Scooby, and Scrappy left the Beauregard house to them, so they finally got their own house.
