The Fred Jones impostor is the leader of the fake "Mystery Inc." that commits crimes while pretending to solve them, exploiting the reputation of the real gang.

Physical appearance

He is made up to look like Fred Jones, but he wears a red tie instead of an ascot.

He loves his wife, the Daphne Blake imposter. He is arrogant and thinks his team can easily beat the real group. He underestimated Fred's ability to improvise traps, as Fred did in this case by turning a fire hose on the impostors.

Scooby-Doo! (DC Comics)

Went around committing crimes while pretending to solve them.[1]

  • The kiss between "Fred" and "Daphne" is the closest any cartoon or comic media came to showing physical affection between Fred and Daphne until the direct-to-video film, Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase, when Daphne kissed Fred on the cheek for bravery, followed by a kiss on the mouth during their performance of "I Love You", in the direct-to-video film, Scooby-Doo! Stage Fright. Although there has hints of a relationship between them since the late 90s, which is further hinted at by the imposters' own relationship.
