Harry the Hypnotist unmasked

The Ghost Clown hypnotized Scooby-Doo, Daphne Blake and Shaggy Rogers, respectively, in to doing dangerous acts in Mr. Barnstorm's circus, causing mayhem. He went against the circus because he was sent to prison after he was caught stealing at the circus.

During this he got hypnotized himself into believing he was a chimpanzee by Shaggy and Scooby using his gold coin and two mirrors while the duo kept their eyes closed.

Appearances

Notes/trivia

  • The Ghost Clown was one of the first villains of Mystery Inc. to actually attempt to kill one or all of them.
  • He has only made one appearance in the series though his costume has made cameos in other Scooby-Doo media.
    • A model is also used as a common enemy in Scooby-Doo: Unmasked.
    • The Ghost Clown was referenced in Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed at the Faux Ghost when someone in the background said it was a heck of a monster than the Cotton Candy Glob.
    • In a crossover with Batman: The Brave and the Bold his costume is seen along with other classic Scooby-Doo villains.
    • There is a "monster pawn" of him in the Scooby Doo 2 board game.
