The Ghost of Captain Frye was the disguise of Junior Crupzak, made to look like the long-dead pirate Captain Horace P. Frye.

He was a black-bearded pirate in a blue coat, carrying a cutlass in one hand.

He seemed to be able to stay underwater without breathing. This was because a diving helmet was concealed under the mask.
