The Ghost of Elias Kingston was the disguise of someone scarring the guests of the Weatherby Hotel.
Physical appearance[]
The Ghost of Elias Kingston was a middle-aged male, with undead-looking blue skin, bowl-styled black hair, and frightening facial features including surly eyes, a flat nose, and a big chin. He wore an old-fashioned grey trench coat with matching grey pants and black shoes.

Haunted Hotel[]
The Ghost of Elias Kingston is scaring off the guest at the Weatherby Hotel. (PSP)[Note 1] While Scooby and Shaggy were looking around the hotel kitchen where they find the Ghost of Elias Kingston in a fridge and he gets out and chases them. While he was chasing Scooby and Shaggy for the second time he was trapped by being hit by a laundry basket, having knights chop him with axes, and having him fall through a trap door. (DS)[Note 2] While Scooby and Shaggy were investigating the graveyard The Ghost of Elias Kingston chased them. While he was chasing Scooby and Shaggy for the second time he was trapped by someone throwing some blue balls at his feet causing him to stumble into a wooden cart which rolls him into an open wooden chest.

Maggie used the disguise of the Ghost of Elias Kingston to advertise it as the Haunted Hotel as an attempt to make the hotel more famous. She used elevator boots and cloth shears to make the ghost costume. Ghost Scene Investigators and Mystery Inc. were able to put a end to her scam.

Stuart used the disguise of the Ghost of Elias Kingston to scare people from Weatherby Hotel in order to search for the Wetherby jewels. He never found them all since Ghost Scene Investigators and Mystery Inc. were able to stop him.

Earl found the Weatherby jewels and wanted to buy the Weatherby Hotel but even with the jewels he didn't have although money so he dressed up as Ghost of Elias Kingston to guest from the hotel to bring down the hotels value. He was caught and unmasked by Ghost Scene Investigators and Mystery Inc. ending his plan.

- In the DS version of the game Earl is the only one who uses the disguise of The Ghost of Elias Kingston
