The Ghost of Hank Banning was part of Marcy's plan to ruin the Halloween celebration. He was a holographic projected image to menace the party-goers from above while the Scarecrow Robots menaced them from below. Fortunately the gang was there to short-circuit the robots with water, and to discover and turn off the projection.
