The Ghost of Jacob Marley was believed to be a real ghost as told by Ebeneezer Scrooge but it was really Dr. Buggly in disguise.

He is depicted as having pale blue skin, white hair, bushy eyebrows, green eyes and black sclera. He wore a tattered jacket and pants over a blueish gray vest and white collared shirt along with a blueish-gray bowtie as well as a gray bandage around his head. He also had handcuffs with chains and locks on them as well on his neck and torso.
