The Ghost of Milo Booth was the disguise of Jim Moss. Milo Booth was a famous movie actor who starred in the original version of the movie Dee was making, but died 20 years before the making.

Physical appearance

He looks nothing like the real Milo Booth as the real one was chubby short and was wearing glasses and the ghost was tall thin and not wearing glasses.

Personality

He is a criminal actor and doesnt want his original movie being remade to any extent and wants to star in it himself. he doesnt really talk that much and always make easily pointed out mistakes and people 40 years younger or so then him can easily point out his mistakes.

Moss tried to use the unconvincing disguse to dog-nap Scooby-Dee to no avail. he then made a fake scooby dee using a ugly dog and he isnt intelligent as velma was able to solve the case easily. he is also cruel as he deliberetly stranded the gang in boothville which is milo booths hometown and town named after him [thats how sucsessful he is or rather was] (The Chiller Diller Movie Thriller)
