C.L. Magnus is the owner of the Steamship line. He was stealing cargo from his own steamship line in order to save it while disguised as Redbeard's Ghost with two others disguised as his crewman. He was foiled by Mystery Inc. Redbeards Ghost is a old pirate with a red beard. His costume has made cameos in other Scooby Doo Media such as Scooby Doo 2 Monsters Unleashed.
