The Ghost of the Red Baron was the disguise of Siegfried.

Physical appearance

He was tall and always dressed in his WWI pilot uniform. The Ghost's face was pale and his eyes were hidden behind goggles; his face was white and inhuman.

Personality

The Ghost was very callous, and did not think twice about kidnapping or seriously injuring others. He caused the first pilot to crash, he tried to indirectly hurt Velma, he kidnapped the Stooges and imprisoned them along with Fred, Daphne and Velma in his hideout.

Powers and abilities

He used wires to make it look like he could fly. Somehow he was able to stay in flight outdoors despite there being nothing for the wires to hang from. He also had coiled springs in his boots which he used to hop around like a rabbit.

He wanted to scare people away so he could poison crops to get the airfield and the farmland dirt cheap and sell them back to the county, who were planning to buy the land and expand it into a jetfield, for a big profit.
