The ghostly strongman was the disguise of the Masked Marvel. He wanted to scare Dick Van Dyke out of business so he could buy the carnival cheap.

Physical appearance

The ghost had the appearance of a muscular, bald man wearing a sleeveless shirt. He was entirely pale white.

He was extremely strong. He easily lifted a dumbbell that Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo couldn't lift even with their combined strength, and lifted Shaggy off the ground with it.
