The Ghosts of the Leland Brothers were the disguises of Crawdad Mike and his bus driver, Union Jed and Rebel Caleb Leland, who were opposing soldiers in the American Civil War.

Physical appearance

They both have pale blue skin, brown hair and glowing red eyes. One of them, Jeb, wears the uniform of a Union soldier, while the other, Caleb, wears the uniform of a Confederate soldier and a black eye patch.

Personality

When first seen, they fight each other, but they decide to team up and mercilessly scare the tourists.

Powers and abilities

Flight: Via holographic projection.
Wind manipulation: Via the holographic projection, it made it look like they could throw balls of wind.

History

What's New, Scooby-Doo?

In their lifetime during the Civil War, Union Jeb and Rebel Caleb were brothers who fought on opposing sides of the Civil War as they hated each other so much. On one occasion they had a duel in the family cemetery and supposedly killed each other.

Season one

Crawdad Mike and his driver ran ghost tours in New Orleans. They were unmasked as the perpetrators behind the phony ghosts of Jed and Caleb Leland. They created the ghosts in two ways: as holograms projected from a tree in a graveyard when a pressure switch was triggered, and as actual disguises.
