Gnarly Charlie is a Caucasian male, with long brown hair. He is buff-looking, with a tall, athletic body, and also has a sun tan. He wears a white tank top shirt, blue-green swim shorts with a vertical purple stripe, and a gold cross chain necklace. He also wears sunglasses.
Gnarly Charlie takes his job as an FBI agent very serious, and tries not to blow his cover when being undercover. He also has a passion for surfing while at the Coolsville Beach. Like Shaggy Rogers, he sometimes uses the word "like" at the start of his sentence; "Like, no way, babe."
