Tall, athletic, and buff-looking. Tanned and has brown surfer hair.
Personality
Takes his job as an FBI agent very serious, and tries not to blow his cover when being undercover. He also has a passion for surfing while surfing at the Coolsville Beach. Like Shaggy, he sometimes uses the word "like" at the start of his sentence; "Like, no way, babe."
History
A Pup Named Scooby-Doo
Season one
He didn't like the Coolsville Marine Institute because it attracted tourists that cluttered the beach. He was a possible suspect to be the Headless Skateboarder, but he turned out to be an undercover FBI agent investigating the drug smuggling. He then arrested both Al and Sandy Sneakers for the smuggling. (Scooby Dude)
