Hal Smith was an American screen and voice actor, best known for the role of Otis Campbell on The Andy Griffith Show. He was also the voices of Disney's Winnie the Pooh and Owl (before Jim Cummings succeeded him as the former), and Flintheart Glomgold and Gyro Gearloose in DuckTales (starring Alan Young and Russi Taylor).
Smith died of a heart attack in 1994, at the age of 77.
