Hamilton Camp was a British singer-songwriter and screen and voice actor. He did the voice of GizmoDuck in DuckTales and Darkwing Duck , as well as Greedy Smurf in The Smurfs , and the pre-teen Barney Rubble in The Flintstones Kids .
