Hank unmasked.

Hank impersonated the Miner Forty-Niner, who in legend was the ghost of one of the 1849 miners who could not rest until he found the last vein of gold, to search the mine himself. Instead of gold, he found crude oil, which he was secretly processing for himself, and not telling his boss, Big Ben, the only other remaining citizen in Gold City.[1]
